You, he, they will have come.

Will you, he, they have come?

Отрицание I,we shall/will not have done here.

You, he, they will not have come.

I will have done the work by September. – Will you have done the work by September? – I won’t have done the work by September.

Случаи употребления:

She will have forgotten all her troubles by then.
